What is a Modular Building?

A modular building is a custom-designed structure built in sections called modules. The module sections are constructed in an off-site production facility, then delivered to the intended site and set on a foundation as a permanent structure. Construction of the modules, in most cases, is 95% complete prior to shipment. Completion is done on-site after the modules have been set onto the building’s foundation and joined together to make a single structure. The modules can be placed side-by-side, end-to-end, or stacked, allowing a wide variety of configurations and styles in the building layout. Modular buildings are built to the same or higher building code standards as a site (stick) built home.

Can I buy direct from you and eliminate the builder?

We are sorry, but we do not sell direct to consumers.

Can I get a a tour of your factory?

Yes, but we ask that you please contact your builder to set up a date & time. Factory tours are only available by appointment through your builder. You may also tour our factory online by clicking here.

What type of homes do you build?

We can build almost any style of home including: ranch, cape, two-story, contemporary and multi-family or our Engineering Team will work with the builder you choose to create your own custom design. We also manufacture commercial projects: dormitories, churches, apartment buildings, schools, etc.

What kind of materials go into your modular homes?

We build our homes with quality, name-brand products and materials that you know and trust.

Can you give me a price on a particular home?

Because we do not sell direct to consumers, we cannot quote pricing to you. Please Contact Us to find a builder in your area who can provide you with an estimate.

Do your homes come with a warranty?

Our homes come with a 10 year structural warranty, along with specific product warranties.

Can I receive literature showing the different style homes you build?

Certainly.  Contact Us to request literature or visit “Models” on our website for a full view.

Can you build a custom home I saw somewhere else?

In most cases yes.  Contact Us to locate a builder in your area who would be glad to look at the plans and work with our engineering team to verify your design can be built with modular construction.

How long does it take to build my home?

It is substantially quicker to build modular, however construction times vary depending on design and site work. Please check with your builder for an accurate time frame.
