Founded in 1969, Virginia Homes Building Systems (a division of Modular Building Systems of PA), is recognized as one of the oldest modular manufacturers on the East Coast, serving the modular building industry now in our 50th year. Virginia Homes Building Systems has manufactured and delivered homes to areas ranging from the New England States to the Carolina’s. With access to two manufacturing facilities, Virginia Homes Building Systems optimizes the 300,000 square feet of production space and produces over 1,000 living units per year, including multi-family, ranch, cape, and two-story homes.  In addition to residential homes, Virginia Homes Building Systems produces apartments, dormitories, schools, and other light commercial structures.
